The problem of an epidemiological estimation of the situation in Ukraine is set. Ozone therapy has a wide range of positive influence on a human body, possessing bactericidal, virusoicidal, immunomodeling, antihypoxical, cytostatic, disintoxication properties. Ozone Therapy usage, as highly effective method of treatment, is proved to be true by a methodic of medical ozone usage in the complex treatment of virus hepatitus. Метою статті було вивчення нових ефективних та безпечних методів лікування вірусних гепатитів, поставлена проблема епідеміологічної оцінки ситуації в Україні. Озонотерапія має широкий діапазон позитивного впливу на організм людини та бактерицидну, вірусоцидну, імуномоделюючу, протигіпоксичну, цитостатичну, дезінтоксикаційну дію. Використання озонотерапії як високоефективного методу лікування підтверджене методикою використання медичного озону в комплексному лікуванні вірусних гепатитів.
