The deficiency of interferon-γ and IL-8, IL-4 hyperproduction was found. Presence of such disturbance in the remission phase can explain the significantly lower frequency of H. pylori eradication in patients with gastro-intestinal bleeding comparison with ancomplicated peptic ulcer. Received data confirm the pathogenetic originality of duodenal peptic ulcer complicated by gastro-intestinal bleeding and must become the basis of the immunomodulating therapy this patients. Робота присвячена одному із найтяжчих ускладнень виразкової хвороби дванадцятипалої кишки – шлунково-кишковій кровотечі. Зроблено спробу з’ясувати більш досконало патогенез ускладнень та на основі цього розробити практичні рекомендації до їх діагностики та прогнозування.
