The methods of the research were ECG, echo-CG, investigation of central hemodynamics, levels of thyroid hormones, ultrasonic research of thyroid gland, examination of patients. Patients with hyperthyroidism have evidencing cardiomyopathy. The results of examination of patients with hyperthyroidism as well as clinical syndromes (heart arrhythmia, heart failure) have shown pathophysiological participation of thyroid hormones in regulation of cardiac activity at the level of hemodynamics. Цель исследования – изучение поражения сердечно-сосудистой системы у больных с диффузным токсическим зобом. Методы исследования: физикальное обследование, общепринятые лабораторные методы, определение уровня гормонов щитовидной железы, ультразвуковое исследование щитовидной железы, ЭКГ, Эхокардиоскопия и др. Показано, что у пациентов на фоне тиреотоксикоза развивается кардиомиопатия. Результаты обследования пациентов, а также клинические симптомы (аритмии, сердечная недостаточность) доказывают патологическое влияние гормонов щитовидной железы на сердечную деятельность и на гемодинамику у больных с диффузным токсическим зобом.
