Reasons of development of anemia in the children were deficit of iron, cobalt and nikel in erythrocytes and serum. Noted the positive influence when using the vitamins A, С, E parallel with preparations of iron. This promoted normalization of microelement composition in the gap from 14-15 to 30-40 day. Canceling a therapy of vitamins at the end 1-st month of observing negative influenced upon microelement dynamics. Possible, a therapy of vitamins it is necessary to continue more long time for the conservation of reaching effect. Стаття присвячена вивченню мікроелементного статусу сироватки крові та еритроцитів у дітей із залізодефіцитною анемією, а також його динаміки в ході лікування препаратами заліза та залізо - вітамінним комплексом. Чинниками розвитку анемії у дітей були еритроцитарний та сироватковий дефіцит заліза, нікелю та кобальту. Відмічено позитивний вплив при застосуванні вітамінів А, С, Е паралельно з препаратами заліза. Це сприяло нормалізації мікроелементного стану в проміжку з 14-15-ї до 30-40-ї доби. Відміна вітамінотерапії наприкінці 1-го місяця спостереження негативно впливала на мікроелементну динаміку. Вітамінотерапію слід проводити більш тривалий термін для збереження досягнутого ефекту.
