There was detected a dissimilarity of drugs’influence on the bloodstream of the stomach. The use of polyphepan and sunamol leads to the normalisation of RBSMT in all the parts of the organ. A simaltenious use of polyphepan and cyprotin lowers the positive influence of enterosorption on the stomach bloodstream. On the contrary, the intake of sunamol and lactovit benefits full normalisation of RBSMT. The use of antibacterial drugs in therapy SH considerably slows docwn the restoration of the stomach bloodstream. The combined therapy SH by two antibacterial drugs performs the negative influence on RBSMT. Проведено дослідження регіонарного кровотоку слизової оболонки шлунка (РКСОШ) у 295 реконвалесцентів середньотяжкого шигельозу (Ш), котрі в гострому періоді отримували різні лікарські середники. Встановлено неоднозначний вплив цих препаратів на кровотік шлунка. Використання поліфепану або сунамолу призводе до нормалізації РКСОШ в усіх відділах органа. Одночасне приймання поліфепану і ципротину зменшує позитивний вплив ентеросорбції на кровотік шлунка. Навпаки, приймання сунамолу і лактовіту сприяє повній нормалізації РКСОШ. Використання в терапії Ш антибактеріальних препаратів значно сповільнює відновлення кровотоку шлунка. Комбінована терапія Ш двома антибактеріальними препаратами здійснює негативний вплив на РКСОШ.
