Сформульовано концептуальні засади формування системи інноваційно-орієнтованого інвестиційного проектування, його принципи та основні положення, обґрунтовано її роль як інструмента управління науково-технічним розвитком; запропоновано врахування специфічних складових при розробленні техніко-економічного обґрунтування проекту в рамках цієї системи; розроблено теоретико-методичні підходи до урахування науково-технічного фактора при розрахунку показника “граничне значення періоду окупності”; удосконалено науково-методичні підходи до розрахунку нормативу дисконтування, запропоновано механізм його галузевої диференціації. У роботі запропоновано наукові підходи до формування організаційно-економічного механізму здійснення регіональної експертизи інвестиційних проектів; розроблено комплексний багаторівневий підхід до формування механізму використання інвестиційного проектування як інструмента управління науково-технічним розвитком підприємств. The dissertation thesis systemizes existing methods of determination of economic meaning of definition “project”. There are analyzed the theoretic and methodical approaches to forming of organization and economic mechanism of investment projecting. Also, there is defined the necessity of development of multilevel approaches to investment projecting. This dissertation thesis develops the concept of the system of innovation oriented investment projecting and defines its role as a tool of scientific and technical development. It offers to consider the specific components within the system while developing technical and economic project justification. The theoretic and methodological approaches to the usage of scientific and technical factors while defining the “marginal brake-even point” are developed. The scientific and methodological approaches of calculating the discount factor are improved and the mechanism of its industry differentiation is proposed. The dissertation proposes scientific approaches to the formation of organization and economic mechanism to make the regional expertise of investment projects. The complex and multilevel approach to the establishment of mechanism of usage of investment projecting in managing scientific and technical development of enterprise is developed. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
