The formation of the mechanism of management is directed on the coordination of social priorities of development of thermal power of Ukraine and requirements of the European Convention Long Range Transboundary Air Pollution (LRTAP). Are developed is scientificmethodical the approaches of improvement of economic mechanisms protection of an environment. The efficiency of ecological-economic tools of atmospheric air is estimated adequately to conditions LRTAP.
