The basics of sustainable development concept are researched. The author proves that at the heart of this concept realization is ecologization of the human recourses, society production and its elements – production powers and production relations. As a criteria of ecologic-economic equilibrium the author proposed the degree of conformity of technogeneous loading to the ecological capacity of a territory. The comparatively new approach to the economic valuation of consequences of the breach of the ecological balance is offered. The valuation of environmental pollution influence on the production factors, income losses and additional costs of management subjects is assumed as the basis of the proposed approach.
