On the basis of electronic-microscopic researches active co-operation of molybdenum is marked with the carbon components of mineral butters and a conclusion is done about formation of carbide of molybdenum in films, which were condensate at rate <0,8 nm/s after annealing in a vacuum. Наведені результати дослідження структурно-фазового стану та електрофізичних властивостей (питомий опір, температурний коефіцієнт опору, коефіцієнт поздовжньої тензочутливості) нанокристалічних плівок молібдену, отриманих у технологічному вакуумі. На основі електронно-мікроскопічних досліджень відмічено активну взаємодію молібдену з вуглецевими компонентами мінеральних масел та зроблено висновок про утворення карбіду молібдену в плівках, отриманих при швидкостях конденсації ω<0,8 нм/с і відпалених у вакуумі.
