З'ясовано, що в результаті синтезу проблем як на макро-, так і на мікрорівні, поряд з активізацією стандартних угод для ринку М&А, в Україні поступово набуло розвитку таке явище, як рейдерство. Чітко окреслити й зафіксувати його межу поки що досить складно як для науковців, так і для практиків. В той же час, для боротьби з даним феноменом периіочерговим є створення системи заходів, яка б включала активні дії як з боку держави, так і з боку суб 'єктів господарювання. In article features of development of the market of merges and acquisitions (M&A) in Ukraine are considered. It is certain, that as a result of synthesis of problems, both at a macrolevel and at a microlevel, together with activization of standard agreements for market M&A, in Ukraine such phenomenon, as unfriendly absorption (attacks of raiders) gradually develops. Both for scientists and for experts meanwhile hard precisely to define and fix its borders.
