The choice of proper names for designation of a certain subject or a certain person is very important as this very process gives an opportunity to determine all the aspects of the denoted word in the best way. The use of proper names gives an opportunity to comprehend specificity of a text. Стаття присвячена власним іменам, функціонування яких у казковому дискурсі є необхідною умовою для повного розкриття змісту та окремих аспектів тексту. Вибір власного імені для позначення певного предмета чи певної особи є важливим, оскільки саме цей процес дає змогу найкращим чином визначити всі аспекти позначуваного онімом слова. Актуалізація власних імен у казковому дискурсі дає змогу осмислити специфіку тексту.
