Authors are produce the normative indexes of maintenance of essential microelements in these environments. Determinations of microelement composition conducted in 70 children in age from 1 month till 17 years. It is set that a considerable increase is levels of copper and manganese both in the whey of blood and in the vertebra-cerebral liquid of sick children in a sharp period of disease, and normalization of their indexes in period of reconvalestention. У статті наведені дані про вміст міді та марганцю у сироватці крові та лікворі, дітей, хворих на гострі нейроінфекції. Визначення мікроелементного складу проводили у 70 пацієнтів віком від 1 місяця до 17 років. Установлено, що відбувається значне підвищення рівня міді та марганцю як у сироватці крові, так і у спинномозковій рідині дітей у гострий період захворювання та зниження показників – у періоді реконвалесценції.
