The first the /the lowest/ degree ofsemantic similarity belongs to antonyms, the fifth /the highest/ degree to synonyms. Intermidiate place between the polar points occupy conversives – the second degree, ecvonims – the third degree and hypero-hyponims – the fourth degree.
