Ця важлива науково-прикладна задача розв’язується на базі дослідження наукових підходів до визначення категорії «стратегія диверсифікації діяльності», її уточнення, аналізу ролі управління стратегіями диверсифікації в системі стратегічного менеджменту сучасного підприємства. Уточнено сутність і зміст диверсифікації діяльності, окреслено її види і підвиди, удосконалено їх класифікацію. Удосконалено методичний підхід до аналізу наявного бізнес-портфеля підприємства з метою визначення шляхів оптимізації його структури і внесення коректив у стратегії диверсифікації. Розроблено теоретико-методичні підходи та методичні інструменти поетапного ітераційного відбору та управління стратегіями диверсифікації діяльності промислових підприємств на основі кількісної багатофакторної оцінки відповідності стратегічного потенціалу підприємства зовнішнім умовам господарювання. Удосконалено науково-методичний підхід до побудови комплексу економіко-математичних моделей для оптимізації стратегій диверсифікації діяльності підприємства. The dissertation is devoted to development and scientific substantiation theoretical - methodical bases of management of strategy of diversification of activity of the industrial enterprises in market conditions of managing. This important scientifically - applied task is decided on the basis of research of the scientific approaches to definition of a category " a strategy of diversification of activity", its specification, consideration of a role management of strategy of diversification in system of strategic management of the modern enterprise. The essence and contents of diversification of activity is specified, considered its kinds, their classification is advanced. The methodical approach to the analysis available business - portfolio of the enterprise is advanced with the purpose of definition of ways of optimization of its structure and entering of corrective amendments in strategy of diversification. Is developed theoretical - methodical approaches and methodical tools of iterative selection and management of strategy of diversification of activity of the industrial enterprises on the basis of quantitative multifactorial of an estimation of conformity of strategic potential of the enterprise to external conditions managing.
