The directions of its use within the framework of optimization mechanism of recreation activity at the level of region were proved. Practical determination of regional recreation rent is offered on the basis of the modified model of double estimations. Approbation is conducted on the example of estimation of recreation earths of the Sumy region. У статті сформульовані теоретико-методичні підходи до аналізу сутності та економічного значення рекреаційної ренти в системі управління природно-рекреаційним потенціалом території. Обґрунтовано напрямки її використання в рамках механізму оптимізації рекреаційної діяльності на рівні регіону. Запропоновано практичне визначення регіональної рекреаційної ренти на основі модифікованої моделі подвійних оцінок. Апробація проведена на прикладі оцінки рекреаційних земель Сумської області.
