Динамічна реструктуризація банківських установ, адекватна до умов, що постійно змінюються, є основою для сприяння виходу банків на принципово новий рівень розвитку. In light of increasing competition in financial services the question of the structural banking reforms becomes more and more important. The main idea of it is to switch over from quantitative indicators of the development to structural reform of bank system organization.
