Найбільш поширеним вирішенням цього питання є процес концентрації капіталу на основі злиття і поглинання. У статті на основі аналізу світового досвіду визначено основні аспекти процесу злиття та поглинання банків, а також перспективи консолідації банківського сектора України. Economic development requires adequate development of financial system of country, including its bank component. Nowadays, Ukraine and other world countries face constant issue of financial resources limitation, which becomes more and more urgent. The most popular solution of this issue is a process of capital integration through mergers and acquisitions.
