Досліджується еволюція правового режиму лісових екосистем, аналізується сучасна система власності на ліси, окреслюються вузлові моменти розмежування лісів державної та комунальної власності. Особливу увагу приділено розгляду законодавчих передумов формування комунальної і приватної власності на ліси в Україні та проблемам реалізації прав комунальних і приватних власників лісових ділянок. The article is devoted to the problems of legal regulation of property in forests and land plots of forestry designation. The development of the legal regime and contemporary system of property relations in forestry are investigated. The legal nature of municipal and private property in forest plots is also analyzed.
