Підкреслюється відмінність правового статусу Центральної виборчої комісії, окружних/територіальних та дільничних виборчих комісій та їх членів. Акцентується увага на можливості застосування юридичної відповідальності одночасно як до колективного суб’єкта (виборчої комісії), так і до індивідуального (члена виборчої комісії). Констатується недостатня розробленість виборчого та суміжного законодавства щодо визначення правового статусу членів дільничних виборчих комісій. The article is devoted consideration of basic problems of the legal adjusting of status of election committees and their members as subjects of legal responsibility for violation of electoral legislation of Ukraine. The difference of legal status of the Central election committee, territorial and district election committees and their members are underlined. Attention is accented on possibility of application of legal responsibility simultaneously both to the collective subject (to the election committee) and to individual subject (to the member of election committee). The insufficient developed of electoral and contiguous legislation is established in relation to determination of legal status of members of district election committees. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
