The theoretical and methodological fundamentals for development and functioning of the institute of securitization in the transitive economy basing on the emerging markets experience are considered. The securitization structures adaptativeness taking into consideration contemporary global trends and key macroeconomic factors established on Ukrainian financial market was analyzed.
