Автором зроблено спробу визначити місце екологічних бюджетів у системі фінансових планів та їх більш ефективного застосування. Доведено, що бюджет природоохоронного фонду потрібно розглядати в якості складової частини бюджету, який має певну автономію і відносну самостійність в його складанні і використання. Джерелами інвестування у такому разі можуть бути спеціальні (екологічні) фонди різного рівня. The article discusses issues of budgeting politicians in the sphere of environmental activities through a system of financial management. the author attempts to determine place of environmental budgets in the system of financial plans and their more effective use. Proved that environmental fund budget should be viewed as part of the budget, which has a certain autonomy and relative independence in its preparation and use.
