Essence of concept “method of ecological directed management” is deep on the basis of generalization of ‘tectological’ and motivational approaches to forming of method and his application in the plane of ecological directed management on the basis of account of associate natural and cultural factors. У статті сформульовані теоретичні та науково-методичні підходи до економічного обґрунтування мотиваційного інструментарію екологічно орієнтованого управління підприємством. Поглиблено сутність поняття “метод екологоорієнтованого управління” на основі узагальнення тектологічних і мотиваційних підходів до формування методу та його застосування в площині екологоорієнтованого управління на основі врахування взаємозв’язаних природних та культурних чинників.
