So, in terms of this, the peculiarities of the development of medicine in Odessa are shown. Освітлена роль німців-медиків у створенні та розбудові охорони здоров`я Одеси з 1794 до 1920 р., тобто у дорадянський період, в одному з найбільших міст Російської імперії через описи біографій цих лікарів. І у зв`язку з цим показана особливість розвитку медичної справи Одеси. // Русск. версия: Освещена роль немцев-медиков в строительстве здравоохранения Одессы с 1794 по 1920 г., то есть в досоветский период, в одном из крупнейших городов Российской империи через описания биографий этих врачей.
