It was shown, that under the overlayer covering and the thermal annealing the irreversible increase of electro-resistance on a size from tenth stakes to a few Ohm is observed. This is caused by grain boundary diffusion processes of overlayer atoms to the base layers. У роботі проведено дослідження зерномежевої дифузії низькотемпе-ратурним резистометричним методом у плівках Сu з тонким покриттям із Ni та плівок Ni з тонким покриттям із Cu. Показано, що при нанесенні покриття та проведенні термовідпалювання спосте-рігається незворотне збільшення електроопору на величину від десятих частин до декількох Омів, що в першу чергу обумовлено дифузійними процесами атомів покриття на межах зерен базисних шарів.
