In article are the features etiological structure, clinical and age differences of this disease. Ojently found that Kl. pneumoniae and St. aureus is highly main etiological factor and the gastro–enterical variant with medium complicational periode. В огляді викладені клініко–епідеміологічні особливості гострих кишкових інфекцій у дітей у Сумській області. У статті подані особливості етіологічної структури, клінічної картини й вікових особливостей даного захворювання. Встановлено, що Kl. рneumoniae та St. aureus є найбільш частими етіологічними факторами. Також характерні гастроентеритичний варіант перебігу захворювання й стан середньої тяжкості.
