Запропоновано в якості першочергового заходу стимулювання суб’єктів господарювання, які здійснюють наукові дослідження та створюють інноваційні технології, розглядати адресне державне фінансування. Для суб’єктів господарювання, що здійснюють практичне впровадження інновацій, запропоновано застосовувати податкові пільги, в першу чергу, з податку на прибуток. Розглянуто проблеми вдосконалення оподаткування фізичних осіб в контексті створення та трансформації заощаджень у інвестиції. Basic problems which hinder development innovative are considered in the article-investment activity in Ukraine. Menages which carry out scientific researches and create innovative technologies are offered in quality the near-term measure of stimulation of subjects, to examine the address state financing. For subjects menages which carry out practical introduction of innovations, it is suggested to apply tax deductions, above all things, from an income tax.
