The basic tendencies of banking crediting the real sector of economy development, the volume of economy crediting, branch direction of crediting and its regional distribution are analyzed in the article. Changes in structure and quality of banking investment in real sector under the conditions of globalization processes intensifying are researched, possible consequences of increasing foreign banks amount on regional real sector of economy development are suggested. The ways for intensifying banking influence on real sector development on the regional context are developed and new possible variants of banking motivation for realization investments in real sector are proposed.
