В ході дослідження було запропоновано підхід для визначення доцільності зміни зон зелених насаджень з метою якості інституційного рішення в галузі економіки навколишнього середовища. Також був зроблений аналіз доцільності передачі зони зелених насаджень на територію іншого призначення в м Суми (Україна). The scientific and methodical approach to the study of institutional decisions in the field of environmental economics on the base of sustainable development principles was considered there in the paper. There was proposed an approach to determine the expediency of the decision concerning the change of a zone’s of greenery purpose as an institutional decision in the field of environmental economics.
