Результаты исследований позволили сформулировать сущность инновационной среды региона, а также выделить предпосылки, обуславливающие характер ее развития в контексте приоритетов социально ориентированной экономики. Approaches to determination of content descriptions of innovative environment of the socially oriented regional economy are considered in this article.
