В первую очередь это проявляется в принципах реформирования системы его регулирования. В мировой практике до сих пор отсутствует общепринятая модель построения подобной системы. Следовательно, автору представляется важным провести анализ современного построения системы надзора и регулирования на мировом финансовом рынке и сделать вывод о степени адаптируемости российской финансовой архитектуры к мировым тенденциям. Задача развития конкурентоспособного финансового рынка России предполагает модернизацию ее финансово-экономической системы, применяя лучший зарубежный опыт и успешно адаптируя его к российской практике. In view of the current economic downturn we may observe crucial changes in respect of the framework of global financial markets. The first and the foremost thing which has to be implemented is the development of the ad-hoc approach to the existing regulatory system, as no universal scheme of such has been neither generated nor enforced yet. Thus, it is of great significance for supranational and local organizations to coordinate their actions and to work out a brand new regulatory framework, which would meet the ad-hoc requirements of the post-crisis global market. Obvi- ously the primary concern of the national governments (and the government of the Russian Federation in particular) would be a successful combination of applying the world’s best practice and conducting the tailor-made reforms given the specificity of each national economy. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
