Використання панельних даних у період з 1998 по 2002 роки, результати емпіричного аналізу вказують на те, що ІТ-кредити мають значний негативний вплив, оскільки банки збільшують норму кредитів для ІТ-індустрії. Зроблено висновки, що протягом макроекономічного спаду банки зазнають збитків, якщо вони несподівано пропонують кредити для Іт-індустрії та не впораються з таким видом діяльності. Крім того, в даному дослідженні також стверджується, що існує позитивна кореляція між нормами споживчого кредиту та діяльністю банку, припускаючи, що це вигідно для банків з точки зору розвитку ринку споживчих кредитів. На противагу, автори даного дослідження виявляють, що зміни в політичному та економічному середовищі мають негативний вплив на діяльність банків протягом 2000 року, який знаходиться в середині звітного періоду. This study aims to examine the impact of IT on the credit activity of banks. Using panel data from 1998 to 2002, results of empirical analysis indicates that IT-loans have a significant negative impact, as banks increase the credit rate for the IT industry. It is concluded that during the macroeconomic downturn banks suffer losses if they suddenly offer loans for the IT industry and do not cope with such activity. In addition, this study also argues that there is a positive correlation between the norms of consumer credit and bank activity, suggesting that it is profitable for banks in terms of market development of consumer credit. In contrast, the authors of this study show that changes in political and economic environment have a negative impact on banks' activities during 2000, which is located in the middle of the reporting period. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
