Автором запропоновано власне трактування даних термінів. The article deals with the essence of concepts of “banking regulation” and “banking supervision” according to the Ukrainian legislation , it also describes main approaches of national and foreign scientist to the determination of the terms “banking regulation”, “banking supervision” and “banking control”.
