В.М. Корецького НАН України Description У дисертації здійснено комплексне дослідження бюджетних правовідносин в Україні. Зокрема, уточнено визначення поняття бюджетних правовідносин, проаналізовано існуючі їх класифікації та запропоновано авторську класифікацію. Досліджено структуру бюджетних правовідносин, правовий статус їх суб’єктів, визначено особливості бюджетних правовідносин, проаналізовано підстави їх виникнення, зміни та припинення. Особливу увагу приділено дослідженню нормотворчих бюджетних правовідносин, правовідносин виконання бюджету, контрольно-бюджетних та охоронних бюджетних правовідносин. Проаналізовано стан правового регулювання бюджетних відносин, виявлено проблеми, які виникають у практиці бюджетної діяльності. У роботі сформульовані і обґрунтовані пропозиції щодо вдосконалення бюджетного законодавства та визначені напрями подальшого його розвитку. The dissertation is devoted to the integrated study of the budget legal relations in Ukraine. Particularly, it was specified the concept of the budget legal relations, it was analyzed their existing lassifications, and it was suggested the author’s classification of these relations. The structure of the budget legal relations and the legal status of their subjects were studied, the peculiarities of the budget legal relations were specified, and the reasons of their origin, alteration and termination were analyzed. Special attention was paid to the study of norm-making budget legal relations, legal relations of budget fulfillment, control-budget and security budget legal relations. It was analyzed the state of the legal regulation of budget relations, it was found out the problems arising in the practice of budget activity. The suggestions on the improvement of the budget legislation were stated and grounded in the thesis, it was identified the trends of its further development. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
