Внимание акцентируется на сравнительном анализе размера и структуры вознаграждения труда как исполнительных, так и независимых директоров. Сделан вывод, что система вознаграждения труда независимых участников совета директоров банков слабо развита, так как не учитывает в полной мере независимый статус директора и его персональный вклад в развитие банка. The article investigates the existing approaches to remuneration of labor in the banks of various countries. Focuses on comparative analysis of the size and structure of remuneration of labor of both: executive and independent directors.
