На регулярних зустрічах керівників держав у рамках економічно-фінансових форумів, що об'єднують не лише країни-учасниці G-7, а фактично переформатованих у групу G-20, протягом 2008-2009 років активно обговорювали проблеми національних, регіональних та глобальної фінансових систем. При цьому акцентувалася увага на ролі потужних транснаціональних корпорацій, що функціонують на світовому фінансовому ринку, – фінансових конгломератах. In the conditions of deployment of the global crisis the focus of the international community paid to the problems of the financial sector. At regular meetings of heads of states in the framework of economic and financial forums that unite not only the participating countries of G-7, and actually converted into the group G-20, during 2008-2009, discussed the problems of national, regional and global financial systems.
