На основі узагальнення результатів наукових досліджень було визначено сутність банківської конкуренції з урахуванням визначень поняття «конкуренція» та особливостей конкурентних відносин у банківській сфері; систематизовано її види та форми; визначено поняття «конкурентоспроможність банку», виділені її складові елементи; систематизовано фактори, що впливають на конкурентоспроможність банку та з’ясовано механізм їх впливу; визначено сут-ність та структуру механізму управління конкурентоспроможністю банку; оха-рактеризовано інструменти управління конкурентоспроможності банку; проведено діагностику стану банківської конкуренції в Україні. Розроблено ал-горитм інтегральної оцінки стратегічної конкурентоспроможності банку, який дозволить формалізувати взаємозв’язок факторів зовнішнього середовища та внутрішніх умов діяльності банку. За результатами оцінки запропоновано процедуру прийняття рішень менеджментом банку у частині управління його конкурентоспроможністю. Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of theoretical and methodological foundations of the mechanism of management by the bank’s competitiveness and de-velopment practical recommendations of using instruments of management to main-tain a desired level of competitiveness. On the general basis of research results the essence of banking competition was determined based on the definitions of «competition» and specific competitive rela-tions in the banking sector; types and forms of banking competition were systema-tized; the essence of the term «bank’s competitiveness» was determined, its compo-nents were distinguished; factors that influence on bank’s competitiveness were systematized and the mechanism of their influence was determined; the essence and the structure of mechanism of management by the bank’s competitiveness were de-termined; instruments of management by the bank’s competitiveness were character-ized. An algorithm for integrated evaluation of the bank’s strategic competitiveness was worked out, which formalizes the relationship of environmental factors and internal conditions of the banks activity. By results of an evaluation procedure of decision-making by management of bank regarding management of its competitiveness is offered. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
