Розглянуто проблеми проведення аналізу витрат на виробництво та собівартості продукції на підприємствах харчової галузі. Автором зроблені відповідні висновки щодо застосування методів аналізу на виробничих підприємствах і надано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення аналізу витрат на виробництво і собівартості продукції. The article shows the relevance of the analysis of production costs and production cost price at the present stage of economic development of Ukrainian industry, the need to use the most common methods of analysis at industrial enterprises is determined, the advantages and disadvantages of the methods based on the generalization of economic and scientific literature are described. The problems of analysis of production costs and production cost price in food industry are considered. The author has made relevant conclusions on the application of analysis techniques at anufacturing plants and suggests the ways of improving the analysis of production costs and production cost price. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-05 Close
