Проанализированы теории структуры капитала и выявлены потенциально возможные трансакционные издержки, возникающие при формировании финансовой гибкости субъектов хозяйствования. Рассмотрена взаимосвязь финансовой гибкости и трансакционных издержек. The approaches to the definition of transaction costs are summarized. The theories of capital structure are analyzed and potentially possible transaction costs that arise in the formation of the financial flexibility of business entities are identified.
