Розроблено загальний підхід до побудови моделі соціально-економічного розвитку міста за допомогою моделювання структурними рівняннями. На етапі формування моделі були визначені причинні взаємозв’язки між її компонентами. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування структурного моделювання у дослідженні рівня соціально-економічного розвитку, дохідної та витратної частин бюджету як компонентів побудованої моделі. The article analyzed the patterns of socio-economic development. The general approach is designed to build a model of socio-economic development through structural equations modeling. At the stage of the model were identified causal relationships between its components.
