Систематизовано теоретичні засади ролі банківських установ у фінансовому забезпеченні інноваційної діяльності. Розглянуто організаційні механізми формування державних спеціалізованих інвестиційно-інноваційних банків. Визначено сучасне положення банків України на інноваційний шлях розвитку як підвищення ефективності його функціонування. In this article the essence, purpose and specification of state investment and innovative banks are examined, as well as their structuring. Also the systematization of theoretical basis of the role of banks in providing financial innovation is made. Organizational mechanisms of specialized state-owned investment and innovation banks are considered.
