Авторами рассмотрены суть и значение основных требований, изложенных в новом соглашении Базель-III относительно минимальных требований к собственному капиталу, его составляющим, формированию резервов, показателям ликвидности. Проанализированы причины изменения международных стандартов оценки и регулирования уровня достаточности капитала банков, а также определены сильные стороны нового соглашения. Analysis of changes in the level of capitalization of the banking system of Ukraine under the influence of financial crisis held in the article. The authors reviewed the nature and value of the basic requirements of the new agreement Basel-III. This requirement for minimum net-worth, subobjects formation reserves liquidity indicators.
