Визначено, що однією із основних проблем розвитку держави та її окремих регіонів є підвищення інвестиційної привабливості та інноваційної активності. Доведено, що недостатнє використання науково-технічного потенціалу країни обумовлене браком організаційного ресурсу і організаційних інновацій. Theoretical and practical aspects of regions’ innovative development based on the implementing scientific and technical structures with technopark type were examined in the article. The increasing of investment attractiveness and innovation activity was determined as the main problems of the state and regional development.
