Представлено послідовність врахування галузевих особливостей діяльності позичальника на етапах оцінки кредитоспроможності позичальника та визначення вартості заставного майна. Approach to account of the branch factor under bank lending is considered in the article. Schematic sequence of the account of the borrower’s branch particularities in the process of the bank lending is presented in the article. On the first stage – an algorithm of the adjustment of the borrower’s solvency on the branches development. On the second stage – a determination of the correlation «credit – a guarantee».
