Встановлено, що більшість студентів мають фізичний стан «середній» або «нижче середнього». Показано вплив програми занять з аквафітнесу на фізичний стан студентів економічних спеціальностей. Виявлено, що запропонована програма з аквафітнесу сприяє формуванню у студентів потреби до фізичного самовдосконалення, а також до оволодіння ними методами зміцнення свого здоров’я. Based on the results of observation final acts of the medical professional inspection have made conclusions about the physical state of students of economics of Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine. The truth of the matter is most students have a physical state on the "average" or "below average" level. Surveys show the effect of the program of aqua-fitness on the physical state of students of economics. What's more, the proposed program of studies on aqua-fitness helps in want formation of students for physical improvements, as well as to study methods to strengthen their health. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
