Дослідження проблеми правового регулювання відносин у банківській сфері, що виникають у зв’язку з обробкою (збиранням, зберіганням, використанням, поширенням) та захистом персональних даних, є необхідним для запровадження адекватного юридичного механізму в національну юридичну практику, що сприятиме ефективній реалізації положень Конституції України. Significant progress in the development of information technology in the twentieth and twenty first centuries, namely almost universal introduction of information and computer technology and telecommunications networks associated with this increase and use of personal data in the various spheres of public life, to transfer the latest communication facilities, significantly expanded opportunities for collecting, storing and processing information on individuals, and rapid data acquisition from other sources. The study of legal regulation of relations in the banking sector, arising from the processing (collection, storage, use, distribution) and the protection of personal data is necessary to implement adequate legal mechanism in the national legal practices that facilitate effective implementation of the Constitution of Ukraine . popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
