У банківській справі, цей коефіцієнт також є показником уставних значень банку. Мета даної статті – отримати та емпірично оцінити фактори, за якими визначається відповідні ціни акцій банку. Аналітична модель, використана у даній статті заснована на підході визначення дисконтованих надходжень готівкою. Для емпіричного аналізу використано дані ізраїльських банків. Результати показують, що ризик, прибуток, а також ринкові та економічні умови значно впливають на коефіцієнт співвідношення ринкової і балансової вартості акцій. One of the most important factors that influence the stock return is the ratio of market and book value of the shares. In banking, this ratio is also an indicator of statutory value of the bank. The purpose of this article - to get and empirically assess the factors that determine the appropriate price of its shares. The analytical model used in this paper is based on the approach of determining discounted cash receipts. For the empirical analysis used data from Israeli banks.
