В статті визначено особливості фінансового планування в умовах високої невизначеності внаслідок фінансової кризи, а також виділено окремі напрямки оптимізації фінансового планування в банку. Пропонується застосовувати сценарне планування з метою врахування у планах динамічних змін зовнішнього середовища, можливих негативних сценаріїв розвитку подій, потенційних загроз і ризиків та планування заходів щодо їхнього запобігання. А також пропонується передбачити можливість корегування фінансових планів в процесі реалізації встановлених цілей через впровадження механізму ковзного фінансового планування. Process of the financial planning must take into account features certain terms functionings of bank. In the article the features of the financial planning are certain in the conditions of high vagueness because of financial crisis, and also separate directions optimization of the financial planning are selected in a bank. It is suggested to apply the scenario planning take into consideration of dynamic changes of external environment in the plans, possible negative scenarios, potential threats and planning measures on their prevention.
