У цілях регулювання та нагляду банків актуальною є чітка ідентифікація банківської установи як проблемної, оскільки від своєчасності виявлення проблем і застосування адекватних заходів впливу залежить доля конкретного банку, його вкладників, кредиторів, а дуже часто й фінансова стабільність країни. The necessity to consider this issue is explained by the lack of a clear definition of the term “problem bank” in the regulatory base and the economic science. However, this term is widely used in publications in different interpretations and situations. For the regulation and supervision of banks it is important to clearly identify a banking institution as problematic, because the timely detection of problems and the application of adequate measures are crucial for the fate of this bank, its depositors, creditors and, in many cases, the financial stability of countries. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
