This article deals with the psychological culture of civil servants as an in-variant of the professional culture of civil servants. On the basis of competence approach to the professional culture the invariants of professional psychological culture of public servants are determined. Competence in communication relate to the culture of professional communication, managerial competence – management culture, intellectual competence – with intellectual culture, competence of innovation activity – innovation culture. Increase of civil servants professional psychological culture must be done through the development of all the invariants of the professional psychological culture, defined on the basis of the list of competences of civil servants. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
