Розкрито сутність поняття “механізм кредитування малого бізнесу”. Визначено основні складові механізму кредитування малого бізнесу. Узагальнено зарубіжний досвід у сфері кредитування малого бізнесу та напрями його можливого впровадження у вітчизняну практику. Досліджено доступність джерел кредитування малого бізнесу в Україні. Розкрито взаємодію джерел ресурсів для забезпечення механізму кредитування малого бізнесу та взаємозалежність динаміки розвитку малого бізнесу в Україні з обсягами наданих кредитів в економіку. Обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо розвитку організаційної складової механізму кредитування малого бізнесу. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо упровадження форми реалізації механізму кредитування малого бізнесу. Розроблено методичний підхід до прийняття рішень при кредитуванні малого бізнесу. The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodical provisions, the development of practical recommendations to improve the mechanism of small businesses crediting. The essence of the concept of the “mechanism of small businesses crediting”. The main components of the mechanism of small business crediting. It summarizes the international experience in small business crediting and the directions of its possible use in domestic practice. It investigated the availability of sources of small business crediting in Ukraine, revealed the interaction of resources to provide the mechanism for small business crediting and the interdependence of the dynamics of small business development in Ukraine with the volumes of credits granted to the economy. It offers proposals for organizational development, constitute the mechanism of small business crediting.
